At ANWB, I served as the Product Owner for the Platform Innovation and Maintenance Team. We focused on migrating over 300 applications, including back-end, front-end, and ElasticSearch, to AWS Cloud using Kubernetes and Terraform. Our responsibilities included managing operational tasks such as security, database management, and application support while implementing a DevSecOps strategy to enhance efficiency.
We collaborated closely with the Cloud Center of Excellence (CCoE) and development teams to ensure smooth cloud launches. Additionally, we optimized workflows, improved developer experiences, and enhanced cost reporting to promote efficient cloud usage. Identity and Access Management (IAM) integrations, such as Grafana and Sentry, were securely managed through Entra ID.
